As a Sustainable Agriculture Development Agronomist, you will ensure supply and add value to the Business through agricultural supplier development activities and through mitigate quality risks related to primary production at supplier and farmer level. **A day in the life of a Sustainable Agriculture Development Agronomist - Support implementation of procurement sourcing strategy in close collaboration with Strategic Buyers. - Ensure availability and supply of planned raw material quantities. - Ensure food safety & quality of raw materials (i.e. contaminants within norms). - Develop, support and manage suppliers for implementation of contract farming and GAP (Good Agricultural Practices). - Implement supplier development projects fully aligned to procurement strategies and the Business needs (NPDI, quality improvement, savings, organic, new raw. - Ensure the agreed service level with internal stakeholders. - Drive the adoption of sustainable agriculture practices.
