Job Function: People & Culture The role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative and human resources functions.
You will work closely with professionals in the field to:
- Payroll Support: Collect and prepare employee data and documentation required for payroll processing.
- HR Administration: Perform general administrative tasks related to Human Resources, including record keeping, reporting, and employee documentation.
- Training & Development: Assist the HR Manager in organizing training initiatives, scheduling meetings, and contributing to the overall training strategy.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Provide support with recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires, as needed.
- Manage and update databases.
What we need to see from you:
- Currently pursuing studies in law, business or HR and interested in an alternance agreement for 1 year.
- Native French speaker with a good level of English.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking.
- Adaptability to change.
