HR Business Partner (hybrid or remote)

**_ Role Overview:_**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Trellix as a HR Business Partner with the flexibility to work hybrid or remote. This role requires fluent French & English both verbal and written.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role. Ideally you'll have extensive knowledge in French labour and Works Council law with International experience. You'll be used to high engagement, with your resilient nature and confidence you'll be pivotal in building our Trellix Success Story in EMEA.

In this role you'll be;
- Responsible for creating and defining the business process(es) within a specific group or function.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information.
- Responsibilities are include data testing and troubleshooting.
- May perform testing and quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements.
- Evaluates software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing processes and systems to meet changing demands, and ensures data interface communications internally and externally.

You'll ideally have;
- Fluent French & English both verbal and written
- Over two years HRPB experience
- Experience working with entities across EMEA
- Familiarity with French Works Council and French labour law
