Creative Project Manager

We are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our Creative Factory team. As the Creative Project Manager, you will play a central role overseeing and supporting the team executing creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is Paris based and reports to the Creative Director.

**What you will be doing**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, to ensure successful delivery of creative projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, art directors, and marketers, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project milestones, quality standards, and overall project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively propose solutions to ensure projects stay on track.

**Team Coordination and Leadership**:

- Be the point of contact for a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring a balanced workload and efficient resource utilization.
- Conduct regular meetings to provide project updates, offer guidance, and address any issues or concerns raised by the team.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to enhance the creative capabilities of the team.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to align creative projects with overall business strategies and objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing timely updates, managing feedback, and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise during project execution.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives and company KPI's.
- Implement feedback loops and improvement processes to continuously enhance the creative output of the team.

**Who you are**:

- Ideally you hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Fashion, or Communications.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in a creative or digital agency, ideally within the fashion or ecommerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, keen interest for fashion is a plus.
- You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
