**L'équipe**:
Afin de renforcer la feature team Emploi, nous recherchons un.e Développeur.euse Backend confirmé.e pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement à Paris dont la mission est de prendre en charge des développements liés aux parcours de la catégorie emploi sur les sites du groupe leboncoin.

Au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire, composée de développeur.euse Mobile, Frontend, QAA, SRE, UX Designer sous la responsabilité d'un Engineering Manager en collaboration directe avec le Product Owner, vous participerez à l'intégralité du processus de développement des features en intervenant sur la partie Backend.

Nous collaborons quotidiennement avec les autres features teams (paiement, search, annonce) pour assurer la cohérence métier et technique du produit ; les développeurs backend de toutes les features teams se retrouvent toutes les deux semaines pour partager les bonnes pratiques (guilde backend de +90 personnes)

**Les missions**:
Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités répondant aux bonnes pratiques en vigueur en termes de qualité, de performance et de scalabilité
Produire des architectures logicielles alignées avec les besoins fonctionnels et non fonctionnels du produit en s’intégrant dans l’écosystème et la stack technique du boncoin.
Participer aux travaux d’architecture du scope de la Feature Team avec l’équipe
Participer aux sessions de grooming de backlog produit
Participer à l’amélioration des environnements et des méthodes de développement, de test et de déploiement
Être force de proposition pour challenger et apporter des axes d’amélioration sur le produit et la stack technique
Participer à la veille technologique
