**Job Summary**

This role is part of the EMEIA Product Marketing team and will report to the EMEIA Product Marketing Leader, who is a direct report of the VP of Power Tools EMEIA. The Product Marketing Manager will be supported by regional Marketing team and Global Product Management.

The product marketing manager is in charge of designing and deploying a multi-generation product strategy for the “Maintenance & Repair” portfolio as a critical engine for growth in a result driven business.

**Responsibilities**
- **Drive revenue and market share growth as well as ensure profitability of the Maintenance and Repair (including Cordless Tools) portfolio of products across the EMEIA region**
- Contribute and follow-up the product roadmap (new product development and launch process)
- Optimize price positioning to protect margins
- Manage Products Life Cycle and ensure Portfolio Vitality
- Prepare inputs on demand/forecasting and help inventory reduction
- **Ensure products and marketing efforts for supporting company and BU strategy and goals**.
- Analyze product performance, and make recommendations based on data to improve features
- Collect insights from customer visits (VoC) and competition
- Build digital and print marketing assets (brochures, landing pages )
- Build campaigns to support demand generation

**Basic Qualifications**
- Master level in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- 5 year experience as product marketing manager in an industrial environment
- Fluent in French & English.

**Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements**

Based in Chalifert (77) with flexible working (2 days home office / week)

Some travel required to visit / train customers on products
