**We are currently hiring Managers for our Paris office, in Data Strategy Consulting.**

**What You’ll Do**

You will typically lead a team of 2-5 consultants to help clients design their strategies and transform their business, all under the guidance of hands-on Partners:

- Manage client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time and to our high quality standards
- Manage day-to-day client relations and build long-term relationships
- Structure the problem-solving process and develop project schedules, assign team work, lead team and provide adequate mentoring and training
- Support lead generation and project acquisition : proposal preparation and presentation
- Provide topical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams
- Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as full member of our leadership team
- Develop teams through contributions to recruitment, training, and communication

**What You’ll Bring**
- Problem-solving mindset with a creative, analytical, and structured approach to strategy design
- Ability to make compelling, data-driven arguments while appreciating and considering competing viewpoints in a team setting
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the capability to translate facts and data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Project management skills and experience in Data / Strategy or management consulting contexts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the capacity to build trusted relationships with internal and client team members
- Desire to build and grow the firm and its business
