**Scaffolding Management Responsible - ITER Project**
**Location**: Cadarache, France
**Duration**: Minimum 1 year
Proequipe, a company specialized in providing qualified labor for industrial projects, is seeking a **Scaffolding Management Responsible** to coordinate all activities related to the installation and dismantling of scaffolding on the construction site. This position serves as a liaison between the company responsible for scaffolding assembly and the main construction company.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and supervise the correct installation and dismantling of scaffolding on the site.
- Establish daily communication and management between the scaffolding assembly company and the construction company.
- Design and manage the scaffolding assembly plan, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Design and manage the scaffolding dismantling plan, ensuring it is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during the assembly and dismantling operations.
- Verify that deadlines and established procedures are met at each phase of the project.
**Requirements**:
- **R408 certification**, a specific qualification for scaffolding management, is essential for this role.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to the assembly and use of scaffolding.
- Ability to design assembly and dismantling plans adapted to the project's characteristics.
- Leadership skills and team coordination.
- Previous experience on projects with intensive scaffolding use.
- Knowledge of English for communication on-site and participation in meetings.
Status: Cadre
Pay: 3,000.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month
