**_Skills/Responsibilities_**
- Position requires experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions for large EPC projects, specifically the construction phase, from a field office location.
- Supports/supervises development, maintenance, monitoring, and presentation of schedule plans/activities.
- Supports the earned value management (EVM) and project controls system, identifying trends for management attention.
- Supports project organizational and administrative activities.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling activities with significant non-routine requirements.
- Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to schedule guidance to projects.
- Ensures work is completed as scheduled.
- Has fairly broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Supports/develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards based on professional principles and theories.
- Works on unusually significant, unique or complex issues, provides solutions that are highly creative and where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Has impact on success of future concepts, products or technologies.
- Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range targets. Assignments are often self-initiated. Virtually self-supervisory. Uses independent judgment for determining course of action to accomplish objectives. Uses wide latitude in the methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Demonstrates a sound level of understanding of project controls general technical skills.
- Knowledge of engineering and/or construction management acquired through specialized instruction or practical experience.

**_Requirements_**
- Minimum of ten years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; certification with AACE or PMI is a plus.
- A current passport for travel is required for this position.

**_Educational Requirements_**
- Bachelor's degree or four additional years of experience required in lieu of degree.
