**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and organize labor relations meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Collect, compile, and maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to labor relations.
- Translate documents and communications between English and French to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Serve as a point of contact for labor relations inquiries, providing timely and accurate informations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on labor relations matters for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the labor relations team in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Maintain a calendar of labor relations activities and ensure timely follow-up on pending issues.
- Conduct research on labor laws and regulations to support compliance and provide relevant updates to the team. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within labor relations or human resources.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, mindful of data sharing security policy and regulations (GDPR...).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
