We are looking to hire a Regional Segment Marketing Manager for Region SouthWest and MEIA within the Professional Hygiene Business Unit, selling under the Tork brand. Essity is the global market leader and our end customers are found in commercial customers such as airports and offices, in industry, hotels, restaurants and healthcare.
**About the Role**:
In this role you will develop, manage and implement marketing plans and activities for the Commercial and Healthcare Segments in Region Southwest & MEIA, in line with Business Unit guidelines. Furthermore, you will work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish an optimal plan for the segment and end customer development. Together with the customer marketing and product team you will also be responsible for securing launch events on country level.
You will report to the Marketing Director of End-to-End Segments and you will be responsible for the two segments in the region, where commercial is the priority. The role carries the need for domestic and international travel (20-30%). The position can be located in Paris, France or Dunstable, England.
**What You Will Do**:
In this role, you will develop, manage and implement marketing plans and activities for the Commercial and Public Interest segments in line with Professional Hygiene and Tork guidelines. You will also d efine route to market and work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish optimal channel plan for the segment and end customer development as well as gather end customer market data, needs, trends, competitive segment landscape; select, participate and follow up on work with regional/local associations. Additionally, you will manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities.
- Select and organize end-customer trade shows to deliver Return On Investment.
- Lead generation activities by driving, validating and following up activities.
- Implement ROI model and KPI´s, evaluate, follow up and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Together with product team, take responsibility for securing launch events on country level.

- Relevant University degree.
- At least 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally in B2B.
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English. French language is considered a plus.
- Experienced and comfortable in working with a remote line manager and digitally.
- Demonstrated communication and collaborative skills within a fast-paced international environment with colleagues sited in multiple countries.
- Negotiating, influencing and networking skills.
- Leadership skills in terms of gaining alignment and fostering team spirit in a matrix organization and driving large, intercultural projects.
- Experience in sales is desirable.
