Nous recherchons pour notre client, société de Retail Management, permettant aux réseaux retail de développer et gérer leurs performances, son futur Directeur Retail basé à Paris.

Vous reporterez au Directeur Général et vos principales missions seront de:

- Diriger et encadrer une équipe de Retail Managers
- Forger la collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles et les partenaires
- Créer des expériences qui répondent aux attentes des clients
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie pour étendre la solution de gestion retail dans la région EMEA

**Profil**:

- Vous avez 10 ans d’expérience retail
- Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience de management de proximité
- Vous avez une approche stratégique et opérationnelle
- Vous avez un sens aigu de la performance, de l’audace et faites preuve de dynamisme
- Vous avez l’esprit entrepreneurial, vous êtes agile et autonome et vous détenez une bonne gestion de l’ambiguïté
- Vous avez la capacité et l’appétence pour les projets de structuration
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et une excellente présentation
- Vous êtes bilingue anglais, l’italien est un plus
