**Description of the mission**
The
**Quality Production Manager **guarantees the conformity of the product, from its design to its delivery, their possible certification, as well as the integrated management system (Sector/BU,...). He/she must also ensure consistency with internal standards, contractual requirements, the standards used and the regulations in force. The position is
**based in Aspach (Alsace).**
As Quality Production Manager, your missions are:

- Ensure the proper implementation of the production quality manual
- Ensure, coordinate and direct activities related to production quality
- Manage non-conformities in order to bring solutions and analyze them in order to deduce the necessary corrective and preventive actions
- Be the privileged interlocutor of third party or certification organizations, or customers or representatives mandated by the customer and responsible for the certification or validation of the product conformity.
- Define and implement continuous improvement actions related to product realization processes
- Establish or validate the quality files of our products and ensure the proper execution of the quality files of our products for presentation to customers, for final approvals and acceptances by customers and/or representatives
- Participate in the qualification, evaluation and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors
- Implement process/people qualification systems

**Profile**:

- You have 5 to 10 years experience in the mechanical industry
- You have a quality-oriented degree or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge in welding, surface treatment, metrology, dimensional control,...
- Comfortable with computer sy/stems such as SAP, PLM, MES
- Profile oriented to the field, production, mass production
- Autonomous profile, able to work from a blank page, able to manage priorities and stress, flexible, able to take initiatives and work in a team
- At ease with international contacts and relations
- You have a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 or EN9100
- Knowledge of English is essential
- You are autonomous in the field
