**Position : IS Controller**

- Supervisor : IS/IT Financial Performance Director

**Areas of responsibility**
- **Strategy & Design**
- Coordinate the IS budget processes at group level : process definition; tools design and implementation; communicate with full IS organization, and finance community (local and BG level)
- Maintain and improve the IS Financial reportings (Opex, Capex, specific projects) in line with the budgetary priorities through automated tools
- Support IT transformation roadmap with analysis and follow-up on the New tech investment to ensure Value creation for the business (Digital services, Industry 4.0)
- **Development & Delivery**
- Follow-up Group IS Opex &Capex through HFM reporting, BI tools & effective consolidated reporting process and tool throughout the Nexans group
- Ensure the proper IS monthly accounting for Corporate perimeter (50% of full costs): costs analysis, accruals reviews, communication with Corporate controlling
- Run the Valoptia ABC costing tool, establish the invoicing and chargeback to IS internal customers
- Manage/Coordinate all administrative processes related to scope (time sheet, invoice controlling, approval processes)
- **P2P Shared Services Center in Romania & in France**
- Management of a team of 3 persons (France & Roumania)
- Participate to the administrative process automation & the improvement of the productivity

**Expected results**
- Ensure the run of the different tasks throughout the year (budget, monthly closings of group IS, ad-hoc analysis)
- Support the IS/IT Financial Performance Director in driving Financial performance of the IS : savings, measurement of the efficiency increase, carve-out impacts, new acquisitions integrations, time tracking
- Prepare and accompany the budget presentation to the Executive Committee, IS Management Committee; Provide budget and forecast according to the Group Corporate Finance’s standards & timing.
- Provide a Quarterly report on IS, with a follow-up on the budget in Opex and Capex
- Steer the efficiency of administrative processes within IS

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Master in Finance
- Professional English
- Data driven & Business partnering mindset in complex environments
- Excellent skills in MS tools (Excel, Power BI)
- SAP knowledge is a plus
