IS&T COMMUNICATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT APPRENTICE H/F
- Within the IS&T Quality, Performance and Governance team, the Communication Officer is responsible for deploying the IS&T communication and change management activities. We are looking for an apprentice who will work on various IS&T communications projects (global transformation webinars, content for the change ambassador community, newsletters, SharePoints & Yammer...). This apprenticeship will be highly valuable in terms of learning and experience, working within a fast-paced company and international environment.Issy-les-Moulineaux

**VOTRE QUOTIDIEN CHEZ NOUS**:

- In this context, your main assignments will be to:

- Contribute to supporting our strategic priorities through communications
- Support the IS&T Leadership team and its initiatives, projects and transformation by bringing creative input, developing presentations and producing content to address our different audience groups
- Participate in the production and logistics of internal events such as Webinars
- Provide support to deliver communication action including relevant collateral and regular communication such as webinars and push mails, videos, Yammer etc
- Participate in communications of projects driven from the IS&T Leadership team and designed to impact the broader regions
- Be focused on measuring the impact of communications on IS&T colleagues and produce KPI reports
- Demonstrate versatility and be a proactive team member capable of creating and posting content on all our digital platforms (Intranet, website, video platform and social media channels) as needed.**NOTRE PROPOSITION**:

- Comfortable working in an IS&T environment- Excellent writing and editing skills in both French and English
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills,
- Creative flair to deliver engaging communications
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and project mode
- Comfortable with change and has an understanding of change management
- Can-do attitude and service-oriented (client focus)
- Autonomous, creative rigorous, organised, transparent and team player (collaboration)
- Fluent in English and French
