We are seeking a
_Customer Service Specialist_ (M/F /d) to join our team.

En tant que Customer Service Specialist votre rôle est d'assurer la gestion administrative quotidiennes des devis, commandes, réclamations, SAV clients en collaboration avec les services Ventes, comptabilité, Marketing et le logisticien

**Responsibilities**:
- Enregistrer, créer les comptes si nécessaire (SAGE / ALLOGA), saisit les commandes clients et les transmet au logisticien- Enregistrer, traiter, assurer le suivi des réclamations client en relation avec le service comptabilité et le logisticien et le SAV en relation avec la plateforme technique européenne- Préparer les dossiers d’avoir, remboursement et SAV client- Renseigner les clients par téléphone et par mail: tarif, devis, information produits, demande de visite AMP, opérations commerciales en cours en collaboration avec les ventes et le marketing- Mettre en place les opérations commerciales ponctuelles, incluant le suivi des DOM TOM- Gère, en collaboration avec les Ventes et la comptabilité, le parc locatif des pharmaciens et détaillants

Your qualifications- Expert(e) de la relation client et des processus Service Client, Logistiques et Planification- Un fort esprit d'équipe.- Excellente capacité d’écoute et de communication- Maitrise de SAGE, Excel, Salesforce- Bonne notions d'anglais indispensable
