**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:

- Create content to assist FORVIA staff in using various collaborative work tools;
- Animate the network of users and ambassadors.
- Participate in the deployment of our new intranet.
- Assist in the deployment of workplace GenAI bots. (Copilot M-365).
- Stay updated with new work tool habits from the outside world.

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:

- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (at least in your first year) from a school/university specialized in change management (it can be by pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or business course, or any University degree in humanities such as sociology)
- You are autonomous and collaborative, with a keen interest in change management.
- You have excellent communication skills, especially in video format.
- You are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about new work tools (FORVIA uses the Microsoft Suite) and have a willingness to learn.
- You have a knack for networking and helping others.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
