**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- The Central KU will be the DT&T representative of the PLM ADM tool to all of D&IS
- The Central KU will ensure an effective and efficient use of PLM ADM

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

Key accountabilities:

- Train local key users on site
- Perform discipline support for all global sites, in connection with IS&T team
- Bring its expertise of the solution to Key Users of other sites
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among the network of key users worldwide
- Write business needs (use case) and requirement specification, test and validate evolutions
- Participate in sites assessment prior to international deployments
- Support local deployment teams (drive the change)
- Contribute to the evolution of the PLM technical solution according to the roadmap
- Collaborate with other support teams of other Information Systems
- Interact with the other Product Lines of the group and the IS&T team
- Analyse the risks and propose mitigations plan
- To support the business in tool improvements
- Troubleshoot and follow-up on issues
- Support migrations
- Ensure tool compliance with business processes
- Create documentation for the sustainability of the tool

**MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES**

**Mandatory**:

- Graduated from engineering school

**Desirable**:
**Experience **_Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role_

**Mandatory**:

- Experience in the deployment of Information Systems
- Experience as business support of an information system
- Experience in tool incident/enhancement follow up

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Enovia PLM tool
- Knowledge of 3DX PLM tool

- Demonstrated expertise in managing EBOM and MBOM within a PLM context.
- Proficient in product configuration and change management processes.
- Strong understanding of system/product development processes, including electronics.
