**DESCRIPTION**:
Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, un PROJECT ENGINEER THERMAL pour une durée minimum de 8 mois en Belgique.

ACTIVITÉS

L’ingénieur de projet spécialisé en thermique gère suivi des projets dans le domaine thermique et plus particulièrement des fours de recuit, éléments de refroidissement pour des lignes de galvanisation, lignes de recuit, lignes de peinture

Il a la responsabilité de:

- Assumer la responsabilité du suivi technique du projet, de l’obtention du contrat jusqu’à la mise en service / mise en route des équipements sur site.
- Atteinte des résultats techniques et performances précisées dans le contrat
- Adhérer au calendrier et planning du projet, en minimisant les risques techniques associés
- Gérer le budget d’étude et optimiser les couts associés
- Maintenir le contact avec le client, il est l’interlocuteur privilégié de ce dernier concernant tous les aspects techniques en vue d’obtenir une satisfaction totale
- Coordonner et planifier les études confiées à chaque intervenant : sous-traitant d’ingénierie, fournisseurs, partenaires consortiaux, équipe technique interne ou externe (dessinateurs, concepteurs, ingénieurs spécialisés ), tout en garantissant l’adhésion aux:

- spécifications techniques confiées à chaque intervenant ;
- conditions et spécifications convenues avec le client
- procédures (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, VCA...) et notes techniques

Etre en charge:

- d’établir les spécifications techniques d’achat du matériel et composants des installations, l’appui et l’assistance pour la comparaison technique des propositions, discussions techniques avec les fournisseurs, support aux négociations des contrats
- de l’élaboration et le suivi de toute la documentation technique liée au projet

**PROFIL**:

- Formation d’ingénieur électromécanique, spécialité en énergétique est un atout.
- Maîtrise du français, de l’anglais et éventuellement d’autres langues étrangères
- VCA Cadre opérationnel, directive machine, analyse risques machine, habilitation électrique, directives ATEX
- Expérience dans la gestion projet: Bureau d’études/Entreprise Sidérurgique
- Connaissances des techniques de conduite de projet et d'ingénierie
- Connaissance approfondies dans les domaines d’expertise suivants : chauffe, transfert de chaleur, calcul de perte de charge, isolation, tuyauterie et instrumentation
- Compréhension, lecture et analyse de plans d’ensemble et de détail, PI&D, flow sheet.
- La connaissance de logiciels tels que Autocad, Inventor est un atout
