TAMBURINS is a brand dedicated to sensory communication beyond customary experience through content that reinterprets various artistic elements, including objects, paintings, and performances, within a narrative-driven, exhibition-style space.

NUDAKE is an F&B brand that redefines dessert culture with its ‘Make New Fantasy’ ethos. It creates novel desserts by integrating elements of fashion and art, transporting consumers to a new fantasy. By experimenting with and creating content that diverges from conventional processes and norms, NUDAKE delivers a message to consumers beyond the F&B experience.

**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage key operational functions for GENTLE MONSTER in Europe. This hands-on role requires strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless administrative, financial, and supply chain processes. Based in Paris, France, the position involves frequent travel across Europe to support regional activities.

IICOMBINED Europe serves as the European headquarters, overseeing all EU regional operations. As part of our growing team, we will have several key roles within the organization:
l A General Manager overseeing all aspects of the business

l A Sales Strategy Manager handling store operations and sales performance

l And this role, the **Finance & Operations Manager**, will be responsible for the seamless functioning of all operational activities across the region

We currently operate a store in Milan, Italy, with plans to open a new store in Paris later this year as part of our continued growth. As we continue to expand across Europe, whether by opening new stores in existing markets or entering new countries, you will play a key role in establishing company operations. This includes overseeing the setup of legal entities and serving as the primary point of contact for accounting firms, ensuring compliance with local financial and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

Finance & Administration
- Manage budgeting and expense tracking
- Oversee cash flow and payments
- Handle invoicing and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and legal requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison with local accounting firms to ensure financial and regulatory compliance

Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Maintain and manage accurate inventory records
- Oversee international shipping and customs clearance
- Manage local logistics, including transport, warehousing and distribution

Overall Operations Management
- Support store operations by coordinating administrative and operational requirements across all European countries
- Oversee company expansion by managing the setup of legal entities in new markets

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Excel
- Highly self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Type**:
Full-time (with a 3-month probationary period, including a notice period as per French labor law)
