**Fed Finance, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé, recherche pour une fintech en plein essor un/une Financial Opération Manager**
**Votre fonction**:
Notre client, une plate-forme de paiement mobile entièrement réglementée qui permet aux commerçants physiques et en ligne d'accepter les paiements bancaires, et les paiements cryptographiques recherche son Financial Operation Manager qui sera responsable de la gestion, du suivi, du contrôle et de la réconciliation des flux financiers ainsi que du développement des processus d'automatisation connexes

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Gérer, surveiller, contrôler, suivre et réconcilier les flux financiers des transactions
- Analyser les flux financiers pour s'assurer de leur exactitude
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement financier des transactions et mettre en place les actions correctives si nécessaire
- Définir et mette en œuvre des procédures de rapprochement financiers pour les transactions
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus d'automatisation
- Gérer la facturation des commerçants et des partenaires
- Préparer l'information et la documentation connexes pour la comptabilité (clôture financière)
- Préparer les rapports d'activité et interagir étroitement avec la direction pour partager l'analyse

Vous serez aussi l'interlocuteur privilégié des partenaires internes et externes

**Votre profil**:
Diplômé(e) en finance ou en comptabilité, vous avez développé une solide expérience sur un poste similaire en contrôle financier ou contrôle d'opérations. Vous avez ainsi développé une très bonne compréhension des principes comptables (IFRS...).
Ce poste requiert de solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et un forte capacité à traiter des flux financiers de manière très précise.
Vous êtes très rigoureux et proactif et apprécié le travail en autonomie car ce poste sera en full remote.
