**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers in need of freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell air, ocean, and ground freight services to customers across various industries.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customers needs.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and customers meetings as needed to grow business.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years of business experience in a global business network.
- Minimum 3 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Bachelor's or higher degree.
- Minimum B2 English level.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Holding FIATA and/or IATA certification

**Work Environment**:

- Remote-based role for Georgia residents with occasional visits to customer locations.
