**Your Mission**:
As a Senior OPEX Project Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing our company's operations. You will work within the OPEX team, which focuses on four essential pillars: process improvement, performance, workforce management, and agent value proposition. Your expertise will contribute to identifying inefficiencies, maximizing productivity, and fostering a culture of change within our teams.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Act as an internal consultant on OPEX projects to support our countries.
- Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Utilize advanced tools to optimize operational performance.
**What you’ll bring**:
- More than 6 years of experience in operational efficiency and project management, with a consultancy background preferred.
- A degree in project management or organizational optimization. A Lean management/Lean 6 Sigma certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
