To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: Intégré(e) au service client de notre site de Plouédern (29), vous serez en charge de: - Effectuer des déplacements sur site chez les clients de courte durée à l’étranger, afin d’assurer les inspections et préparations de sites à l’échelle mondiale, - Collaborer avec les Field Technicians pour préparer et optimiser l’installation des équipements, - Garantir une installation fluide et conforme aux normes, - Anticiper et résoudre les problématiques liées au transport des équipements, aux besoins en énergie et à l’infrastructure des sites, - Représenter l’entreprise de manière professionnelle tout en cultivant une bonne relation avec les clients sur le terrain, - Maintenir une communication efficace avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et contraintes spécifiques. Ce poste implique des déplacements à l'international. fréquents. Nous avons des clients en Amérique, Asie, Europe, Afrique. **Your profile**: - Formation en mécanique, avec une bonne maîtrise des notions électriques (Bac +2, BTS, Licence Professionnelle), - Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire, - Excellente organisation et capacité d’anticipation pour planifier efficacement les préparatifs des installations, - Aptitude à la synthèse et rigueur dans la transmission des informations, - Compréhension de l’automatisme, - Bon niveau d’anglais, permettant de communiquer aisément dans un contexte international, - Bonnes compétences relationnelles pour assurer des interactions fluides et constructives avec les clients et équipes techniques.
