Critizr provides a SaaS solution which enables retailers and brands to put the customer at the heart of their business, starting from their local teams. Today, thousands of retail professionals use Critizr to understand and engage in conversations with their local customers across all channels.
Our primary investors, including 83North, have an impressive track record of investment including companies like AirBnB, DropBox, Zendesk, LinkedIn, Mirakl, JustEat, Facebook. We currently employ over 80 people, and our team has been doubling year over year.
Critizr proposes a key position contributing to the growth and expansion of our business and supporting the expanding Finance team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
In this role, you will be responsible for:
FP&A:
- Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly management reporting, identify key trends and key messages
- Participate in annual Budgeting process, Quarterly and Monthly reforecasts
- Ensure alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business results and evaluate the health of the business
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including implementation of best practices and automation initiatives
**DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Master degree in Finance
- First experience (3/5 years minimum) in an Audit or Transaction Services department of an audit firm and/or in a company in similar functions.
- English professional skills mandatory
- Knowledge of the software (SaaS) industry is mandatory and the internet industry is a plus.

- Flexibility and understanding of the culture of a fast-paced, commercially oriented technology company
- Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude, accustomed to working in an international environment, action-driven
- Hands-on project management experience, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships
- Collaborative team player combined with ability to work independently
- Sound and practical business judgment
- Passion for making the difference, interested in our ability to have a social impact in the world of retail
- Fluent written and verbal English and French language skills. You have at least a B2-level in English and you are fluent in French, or the other sense

Reporting to the VP Finance, the FP&A analyst is immersed in a pole that is key to Critizr's growth.
