What does a EMEA Quality Transformation Leader, Black Belt do?

**Supports** the company on its journey to
** delivering Flawless Quality **across all business processes in EMEA, providing excellence in product performance, system integrity, and overall service to our customers and stakeholders,** project management** practices, Quality driven
**Transformation projects** that can be global in nature and supports the vision of the company to Touchless automation to drive Flawless Quality
Why we need you?
- You will be the local point of contact to work with supplying plants and receiving entities to make sure proper communication is followed, to communicate to leadership progress status and resolution and help building the system to improve the execution of such crisis and help prevent them.
- You will take care of implementing sustainable measures and controls to ensure the issue does not come back.
- To lead Quality driven Transformation projects. As the company is deploying a strategy to drive to Touchless, there are several global initiatives that are Quality driven and or that will need quality support and validation.
- You will support Global Quality teams in exposing recurring failure points.
- To use your innovation skills and knowledge to identify new opportunities of transformation initiatives.
- To be the driver for the already identified quality driven initiatives to coordinate all functions for quick development and implementation.

**Qualifications**
- You hold a MsC in Engineering.
- You have proven experience and knowledge in the implementation and upkeep of Robust Quality Systems
- You use your leadership skills to influence leadership in driving rigorous adherence to policy across the entire organization as part of delivering flawless quality.
- You show a proven skill set and track record in interacting with auditors, governing bodies, senior management and executives within the company, at suppliers as well as at customers
