We are currently looking for a full-time team-oriented individual to join our Locations Scheduling Services team. In this role you will conduct visit scheduling for a team of Field Engineers.
- Engaging with our clients to schedule field visits for the Engineers to meet Corporate Objectives & tracking the visit backlog.
- Extensive Calendar management associated with scheduling visits.
- Preparing and distributing field visit agendas.
- Establishing partnerships with external and internal clients.
- Handling internal and external telephone calls.
- Proven administration experience ideally involving scheduling and diary management, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
- Team Player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and be able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good PC skills including but not limited to Microsoft
- Teams, Outlook
- Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and with a professional telephone manner.
- Be flexible and receptive/acceptance of
- Fluency in English is required, and fluency in another European language desirable (French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish).
