Our Quality Manager will have to manage the teams of the quality department and promote quality awareness in the plant in order to create a culture of continuous (quality) improvement driven by the quality KPI’s and audit results with the purpose to improve customer satisfaction by delivering products on time in full according to specification:
- Manage the quality department consisting of Customer Service, Quality Assurance Systems, Food Defence, Operational quality support, Quality Control, Specification Management in order to meet quality and food safety standards of the specific market in which the plant operates in order to deliver high quality products
- Ensure monthly reporting on Quality related KPI’s and continuous focus on structural improvement of quality related KPI’s: complaints, claims, spoilage, HFI
- Promote quality (and hygiene if applicable) awareness throughout the plant
- Ensure Customer relations management and lead customer audits in plant, certification audits, internal audits, supplier audits
- Controle trial requests and specification management
- Participe to Plant management team meetings to coordinate overall culture and core values through common messages and promote good social climate
