While some companies count on marketing and sales to gain market share, we are a product-led company and are investing primarily in our platform. You’ll join a department with a highly strategic role and a great opportunity to put your skills and ideas to a good use. Within the Product department, the Growth track is expected to infuse a MRR-driven culture and to identify and materialize all opportunities to generate incremental revenue.

**HOW you will contribute to the company as a PMM**

As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 7 in the Growth track (encompassing Product Growth & Product Marketing), within a 40+ people Product organization, supported by an engineering team of more than 110 people.
- You’ll be obsessed with revenue generation and have a constant focus on tackling all barriers to growth in our product while leveraging all revenue opportunities. You’ll demonstrate a strong business acumen and be impact-driven at all times.
- You’ll challenge channels, communication, in-app customer behavior and features development to unlock revenue potential and generate product-qualified leads.
- You’ll spend an extensive amount of time continuously discovering the users and their pain points. You will interview them, conduct user research and get your hands in our data to gather insights on what needs to be solved.
- With those insights and with the company’s objectives in mind, you’ll be empowered to define your OKRs and your roadmaps, to have the strongest possible impact on solving user problems and reaching the company's objectives.
- You’ll work hand in hand with a Product Designer dedicated to your squad, as well as a team of Product-centered engineers. You will start with small steps (we like the MVP approach) and will follow-up on the implementation and future iterations. For us, achieving a common goal matters more than just building features.

**WHAT you can expect from your life at Pennylane**

**Within one month:
- You’ll learn everything about our company, our teams, and our vision during the first onboarding week
- You’ll familiarize yourself with the product and the accounting industry (you will have access to a lot of documentation and will assist to trainings organized by your peers)
- You’ll get a very deep knowledge of our Product organization, methods, and culture

**Within 3 months**
- You’ll have imagined and implemented your first solutions, hand-in-hand with Product Designers and Engineers
- You’ll have impacted positively at least one OKR
- You will have setup your continuous discovery routine and will be ready to build your roadmap

**Within 6 months**
- You’ll be autonomous at defining your OKRs and your roadmap
- You’ll keep having a strong impact via iterations on the solutions you've shipped
- You’ll share your learnings and best practices within the team

**And beyond
The Product team will go from 40 people today to more than 120 in two years.
