The Role

For this reason, we have a global team of experienced marketers who are part of our account team and partner marketing dedicated to delivering high level of customer experience, and there by growing Kydryl’s business. We’re therefore looking for a strategic, creative and experienced B2B Marketing expert with a proven track record of success in Field Marketing to lead out Alliance Marketing in France. The Alliance Marketing role is a high-visibility role responsible for scaling the growth of our key accounts in partnership with our Ecosystem of alliance partners and a critical role in the success of an account team. The person will be adept at establishing relationships at the most senior levels both internally and externally, Establish close partnership with Alliance Partners and Account team leadership. Understand Sales objectives for the account and work closely with them on their strategy to grow their business
- Define Partner Marketing strategy, plan and execution for an account/cluster grounded on customer needs and designed to build and strengthen relationships, reputation and revenue for the account.
- Build positive relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with the alliance partners to improve our customers business outcomes
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to identify & build the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, content, channels, and calls to action for each top target account
- Deep understanding of the customer, the market, ecosystem,technology trends of the key accounts. Continuously evaluating them to identify new business opportunities.
- Gains a deep understanding of the business, its services and how Kyndryl differentiates from competitors and how we address key customer pain points.
- Works with sales to gain customer advocacy, building client trust and loyalty to develop long term strategic partnerships. Translates this into compelling stories promoted through industry programs and experiences.
- Throughout programs, tracks the KPIs outlined in the marketing plans to measure and optimize on-going impact on reputation, relationships and, ultimately, business growth.
- Earn trust and maintain strong relationships across the organization, working in conjunction with other marketing leaders and peers.

Who You Are

Masters Degree with ABM certification
- 10 + years of experience in field marketing, product marketing (technology services is a plus) or Experience marketing or selling within B2B industries preferred.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and executing effective marketing plan
- Meaningful experience partnering with sales and senior business executives internally as well as with the alliance partners to deliver results.
- Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and developing new and innovative marketing programs in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and a background of owning campaigns and driving success.
- Excellent written & verbal communications; strong executive communications and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Self-starter, problem solver, highly responsible, deadline-oriented, and independent
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- A bent towards analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is able to multitask, prioritize projects and communicate priorities to partners.
- Background orchestrating cross-functional projects with high energy, trustworthy, creative, and “get it done” mentality.
