Forvia is the place to be** ***: **The position is within the Group Purchasing Excellence team with hierarchical reporting to the Group Purchasing Data Manager to ensure consistence and compliance with Purchasing standards to handle data.**: ***: **The main missions and responsibilities are**: - Support development of purchasing data competence centre, covering: - Purchasing data long-term vision & roadmap in alignment with the group purchasing data manager - Purchasing data Ontology - Data quality, data analytics & artificial intelligence - Data support to purchasing IT landscape - Ad-hoc data analysis - Support digital projects to define commodity strategy, increase market & supplier knowledge, optimize purchase price, support purchasing process efficiency & specific purchasing process - Interface with Data Office / Data Program to build the Purchasing Ontology => the Purchasing data Expert is the representative of Purchasing into different project groups working on ontology and Data platform deployment - Animate purchasing data community: assessments of collected needs, training, communication, support to data business requests - Coordinate Purchasing Support Platform activities regarding data: Data quality checks and upgrades, training and coaching of PSP members - Support Forvia purchasing integration between Faurecia & HELLA from a data standpoint (e.g. hierarchy alignment, data format harmonization etc) **Qualifications** Minimum Education Level: Master's degree in Engineering or Business, with Data science specialization if possible Experience: Minimum 5 years in business, purchasing, IT, finance or as Data scientist in an industrial environment with a sucessful experience in data & analytics management Skills and competencies: - Strong analytical skills, with deep knowledge of data management - Long-term vision of data strategic stakes - Understanding of business processes and knowledge of main Purchasing IT tools (SAP, Ariba, Palantir) - Ability to work in a matrix organization - Good communication skills - Rigor, curious - Fluent in English / International mindset Nice to have- Knowledge of Purchasing commodities (products, technologies, cost models) - Controlling experience - Another language The position is based in Nanterre where the Group Purchasing Excellence team is located and ocasional days in Bercy where the data office is placed. Occasional business trips. The Employee is aware and ensures the respect of the Internal Rules, Code of Ethics and Management Code applicable in the establishment to which she/he is assigned.
