**Objectif de la mission**:
Expert régional sur tous les produits numériques sous sa responsabilité, conduire le déploiement et l'adoption selon les objectifs de l'Agence Digitale et contribuer à l'exécution de la contribution globale dans le cadre de groupes de travail.Missions & responsabilités
Piloter le déploiement des produits digitaux
- Organiser des formations, webinaires, communication interne, animation du réseau.
- Mettre en œuvre des plans d’action pour renforcer l’adoption des outils digitaux selon les objectifs de la Scorecard.

Suivre et améliorer la performance régionale / pays
- Analyser les données disponibles et proposer des actions concrètes ciblant les bons segments clients.
- Conduire des initiatives locales : meeting clients, conversion des leads & opportunités, webinaires externes, animation du réseau...).
- Fournir un reporting clair et structuré à la Direction selon les indicateurs de la Scorecard eCommerce.

Développer l’expertise digitale
- Recueillir les besoins d’évolution et opportunités business.
- Assurer une veille active et partager les bonnes pratiques avec le réseau
- Apporter un support aux agences et aux clients en cas de problématiques complexes
- Promouvoir les modules eLearning de la Digital Agency.

Contribution aux taskforces globales
- Participer activement à 1 ou plusieurs Taskforce Streams (documentation, conteneus eLearning, marketing, Benchmarks, Support ).
- Soutenir les initiativces transverses portées par les équipes projets.

**Profil recherché**: connaissances, expérience, compétences
- Master en Marketing Digital, eCommerce, IT ou équivalent
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en eCommerce, Marketing digital ou gestion de projet
- Expérience dans des environnements transverses et multiculturels
- Connaissance des outils digitaux (Plateforme web, API/EDI, app mobiles)
- Esprit analytique, approche orientée client et résultats
- Excellentes compétences en communication et appétence pour la transformation digitale
