The **Technology and Industrial Performance (TIP) Department**, as a central team responsible for the Industrial Performance roadmap, standards and benchmarking, R&D programs and strategic Investments is looking for a Trainee **to support the deployment and the definition of Digital and Industry 4.0 solutions** within our Construction Chemicals plants.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the **Global Industrial Performance Champion** and the **Digital & Industry 4.0 Coordinator**, your key responsibilities will include:
- **Identifying optimal solutions for data collection, cleaning, organization, processing, and analysis, including the integration of generative AI technologies.**:
- **Defining the Book of Specification.**:
- **Developing guidelines and training materials to facilitate the adoption and efficient use of these solutions.**
**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?**
**Education**:
- Final-year Master’s student in **Engineering** (Mathematics, Mechanics, Computer Science, Industrial or Production Engineering).
**Technical Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of industrial processes & digitalization.
- Knowledge of Python (data processing, automation, AI) is a plus.
- Experience with**Grafana, Power BI, Jupyter Notebook is beneficial.
- Interest in**Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart manufacturing.
**Soft Skills**:
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills.
- Independent & reliable, able to work autonomously and in teams.
- Proactive & adaptable, comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Technologie et Performance Industrielle (TIP) is a central international team of around 550 employees spread across several sites in France and abroad. Its mission is to define and implement the Group's energy and environmental roadmap, while providing technical support to the Group's plants, particularly in Construction businesses such as Gypsum, Insulation, Mortars and Glass.
The **Mortars & Construction Chemicals** business generates **€3.25 billion in sales**, with a strong international presence, primarily under the **Weber** brand, operating approximately **203 production sites in 65 countries**.
