Our mission is to streamline the product development and compliance process, enabling companies to bring medical devices to market faster and more efficiently.We're looking for aFinancial Controllerbased in Paris to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building the financial backbone that supports our rapid international growth. You'll work closely with the CFO, structure processes, and ensure financial excellence across the company.What you'll do==>Build Scalable Financial Processes:Lead the implementation of efficient accounting and reporting systems that can scale with Matrix One's global expansion. Own the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.==>Enhance Business Visibility:Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports that help the leadership team make data-driven decisions. Provide analysis on revenue, margins, cash flow, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).==>Operational Finance:Own day-to-day financial operations — including billing, collections, and supplier invoice management. Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings in coordination with our accounting partners. Maintain clear visibility on revenues, costs, and cash movements, ensuring financial data is reliable and up to date.==>Ensure Compliance & Control:Collaborate with external accountants and auditors to maintain compliance with local and international regulations. Strengthen internal controls and standardize financial procedures across entities.All about you3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or FP&A, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environmentStrong analytical and accounting skillsProven ability to design and implement efficient reporting and control processesAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsYou're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving, international environmentFluent in EnglishWhy join us?At Matrix One, you'll join a mission-driven company that's transforming how medical device companies operate.
