**ENGLAB** est le Bureau d’Etudes de la société** Technology & Strategy.**

Basé à Schiltigheim, il regroupe 3 domaines d’expertises : la mécanique, l’électronique et les systèmes embarqués.

Ces expertises permettent de gérer de nombreux sujets : le développement de dispositifs médicaux, le développement de produit automobile ou ferroviaire à dimension safety, des objets connectés, et bien d’autres.

Nos collaborateurs interviennent sur l’ensemble des projets : en partant du design produit, en passant par le développement électronique, la programmation embarquée, le développement mécanique, les campagnes d’essais, les certifications, jusqu’à la conception et réalisation de banc de test.

Pour développer notre croissance, nous sommes à la recherche** d’un(e) Engineering Development Leader H/F**, pour un **stage de fin d’études**, directement dans nos locaux basés à **Schiltigheim.**

En lien avec le **responsable commercial ENGLAB**, l’objectif du poste sera de réaliser un chiffre d’affaire minimum à définir.

**Pour cela il faudra aller gagner de nouveaux projets forfaitaires mécatroniques et industriels en réalisant les tâches suivantes**:

- Identification de cibles industriels de prospection pertinentes ;
- Prospection à planifier et à réaliser pour identifier des leviers de collaboration possibles ;
- Compréhension des organigrammes prospects et plan d’actions commercial pour foisonnement ;
- Analyse technico-commerciale des besoins client identifiés ;
- Détermination de plan d’actions avec les prospects / clients dans le but d’aboutir à une collaboration ;
- Pilotage du plan d’actions interne ENGLAB de réponse à besoin (chiffrage, offre) ;
- Négociation et contractualisation des affaires ;
- Suivi des nouveaux clients pour foisonnement.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou de commerce, vous êtes passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies
- Vous disposez d’une première expérience commerciale type prospection
- Vous parlez anglais couramment (B2), l’allemand étant un plus
