**Ideally located in Montpellier, you will be part of a team with national reach and will be the main point of contact for the Maintenance department on "Continuous Improvment Management" topics. You will be the main worker in the entire value chain from the definition of the need to the proper execution of the work in the field.** **Responsibilities**: CIM Monitoring and Surveillance: - Promote CIM activities with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance with standards. - Ensure end-to-end tracking of CIM service orders, from creation to execution, in collaboration with planning, operational teams, and subcontractors. - Provide essential support to planning teams based on priorities and deadlines, while ensuring an effective interface with CIM project managers. - Monitor CIM costs, including analyzing spare parts consumption and controlling the planned budget. - Handle series defects, compensations, and necessary adjustments. - Master Data Systems Management: - Analyze, monitor, and correct master data related to equipment machines. - Activate new equipment in the system (maintenance plans, master data, etc.). Commissioning Activity: - Collaborate with the Construction team to develop the Commissioning schedule (execution dates and priorities). - Distribute the Commissioning schedule to operational and planning teams, monitor its execution, and raise alerts in case of obstacles. - Contribute to improvement initiatives and problem-solving related to the commissioning activities. **Qualifications** - Bac +2 - 5 years of experience in similar job - English (good oral and writing level ) - Experience in on-going monitoring of improvement projects (technical area) **Skills** - Good organizational skills. - Proficiency in time management and ability to handle various tasks. - Responsible and demonstrates commitment to delivering work with precision and integrity. - Advanced communication skills. - Proficient in planning tools, workload analysis, and trend assessment. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP (end user), Salesforce (end user), Sharepoint. - Problem-solving orientation. **About Vestas** Vestas is the energy industry’s global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
