Corporate Compliance Officer

Job Summary The **Corporate Compliance Officer**plays a key role in managing corporate compliance and ensuring the company's adherence to Luxembourg’s regulatory requirements. The main responsibilities include developing and implementing internal compliance policies, liaising with regulators, overseeing corporate procedures, and monitoring KYC, AML, and financial compliance processes. This position is on-site in Luxembourg.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Corporate Compliance Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and monitor **internal compliance policies**:

- Act as a key point of contact with **CSSF, CAA, and other regulators**:

- Ensure compliance with **corporate procedures and internal regulations**:

- Prepare **regulatory reports** and manage corporate documentation
- Support **audits and internal investigations**:

- Monitor regulatory changes in Luxembourg and adapt corporate processes accordingly

**AML/KYC Responsibilities**
- Conduct **KYC checks** for new and existing clients
- Maintain and monitor **KYC documentation and client files**:

- Perform transaction monitoring in line with AML procedures
- Ensure compliance with **FATCA/CRS requirements**:

- Conduct **sanction list screenings, UBO, PEP, and Adverse Media checks**:

- Collaborate with internal teams and auditors on AML/CTF matters

**Corporate Administration & Legal Support**
- Prepare and coordinate **General Meetings (AG) and Board Meetings (CA)**:

- Ensure the publication of annual reports and other corporate documents
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and notaries

**Experience & Expertise**
- **5+ years of experience** in **corporate compliance, legal administration, or financial regulation**:

- Experience in liaising with **CSSF, CAA, or other Luxembourg regulators**:

- Strong knowledge of **AML/KYC, corporate compliance, and internal policy management**:

- Background in **banks, investment firms, law firms, or fiduciary companies**

**Education & Technical Knowledge**
- **Bac +2 or higher** in **law, economics, finance, or compliance**:

- Understanding of regulatory standards such as **AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS, GDPR**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and KYC/AML monitoring systems

**Language Skills**

✔ **French - mandatory** (for working with regulators)

✔ **English - mandatory** (for internal communication and documentation)

✔ **Additional languages (German, Luxembourgish) - a plus**

**Location & Work Eligibility**
