**Company Description**
Flexis is a **new company** in the **green logistics sector**, on a mission to create more **sustainable societies** and **change the way we move** through cities.

We will become the **primary provider** of **electrified last mile delivery services** through **connected solutions** and **vehicles** for our B2B partners and customers.

We are a team of **diverse** peers looking to create a future company which will grow to **140+ collaborators** over the next six months across 3 launch markets.

We aim to rapidly reach a **significant size** with sales in excess of EUR2Bn. We are thinking **big** and **fast**. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.

We’re now looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator for France to help amplify our presence, support our sales team, and create memorable experiences for our customers and partners.

As part of the marketing team, and working closely with sales and operations, your responsibilities will include:
**️ Press & Influencer Relations**
- Build and manage relationships with local media and micro-influencers
- Coordinate local press releases and media opportunities
- Identify brand ambassadors and local voices aligned with our mission

**Localised Social Media Support**
- Collaborate with the sales team to create local content (customer stories, van deployments, local partnerships)
- Feed the central team with content needs and local insights
- Monitor local engagement and respond to relevant conversations

**Advertising & Sponsorship**
- Support local advertising campaigns (OOH, digital, local press)
- Identify sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand values
- Track and report on campaign performance

**Local Event Planning**
- Organise and support local events (launches, pop-ups, demos)
- Work in collaboration with the central marketing team to execute campaigns and activations
- Help identify high-impact community and business events

**Showroom & Customer Visit Experience**
- Prepare and manage the showroom/customer visit space
- Support the sales team in hosting clients and partners
- Ensure the Flexis brand is consistently represented

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**
- +5 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or event planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English bilingual)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and balance multiple priorities
- Passion for sustainability, mobility, or the startup world
- Hands-on, creative, and proactive mindset

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with Canva, HubSpot, or social media scheduling tools
- Knowledge of local media/influencer landscape
- Previous experience in the automotive, mobility, or tech industries
