Our team is fully international and passionate about building the future of health and weight care for our customers. **About the role** We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating the product backlog to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers. This Senior Product Manager will directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction. You will join a growing cross-functional Product team, focused on and measured by outcomes, and empowered to drive KPIs and business results. **What you'll do** - Develop a deep understanding of our clients throughout their journey, and advocate for solutions based on their largest needs and pain points. - 4+ years experience - Become the resident expert in understanding and communicating customer current and future needs, and build the strategies and roadmaps that bring delight to customers and meet our company’s objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (user experience research, design, data science, and marketing) and customers to gain an understanding of the key problems to focus on and how we plan to solve them - Dive deep into data-driven insights about the competitive environment and our users and propose solutions that have a meaningful impact on core metrics for the business - Drive consensus with the leadership team and the wider product organization to define, prioritize, and own a roadmap, based on user and business impact - Prioritize and execute (i.e., product requirement documents, sprint plans, epics, and user stories) with your pod (design, engineering, and data science) to launch valuable and high quality customer experiences - Define and optimize the key performance indicators for your team - Drive and improve the product development process with your team, ensuring that features shipped are high-quality and on-time - Assist Engineering manage to lead agile software development ceremonies including daily standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives **About you** - Building product experiences that improve customer retention - Create and review user stories (inc. granular breakdowns, acceptance criteria, QA) - Experience building products for Mobile/Native App experiences - Diligently prioritize our product backlog while balancing customer/resource demands - Collate and define feature requirements from stakeholders. - Ensure that all product endeavours are highly organized, systematically tracked and drive the success of OKR’s **Nice to haves** - High energy - Data Driven **Benefits** - Flexible, remote working environment - In-person company retreats and virtual gatherings - Apple laptop and equipment for your needs - Unlimited paid holidays - Work with incredibly talented colleagues **Life at Able** By joining Able, you’ll become part of a team that picks each other up, collaborates daily, and works hard, fast, and smart because they’re motivated and passionate about being the best in the industry.
