A chance to be involved in management and statutory accounting as well as tax and other accounting processes of shared services in France

**JOB SUMMARY**
- Completes tasks that are structured and following prescribed procedures and guidelines
- Performs different accounting functions such as: Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Ledger and Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank and Cash Reconciliation
- Collects financial data from multiple sources to prepare accounting entries
- Verifies mathematical accuracy of accounting documents and reports and refers discrepancies to the supervisor
- Codes routine and recurring entries to the appropriate accounts following accounting guidelines
- Compiles and distributes financial reports
- Processes data through an automated accounting system to record items such as operating expenses/accounts payable and other miscellaneous journal entries
- Maintains filing systems within the department. Retrieves documents and responds to requests for information from the documents as necessary
