**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw meaningful insights
- Solid understanding of Government sector challenges
- Prior experience in the Government sector is preferred but not required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

**Education**
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Risk Management
- Fluency in French and English

**Responsibilities**

The Government team is seeking an intern to serve as Chief of Staff, supporting the Relationship Managers overseeing France, Africa, and Benelux

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the sales team define the commercial strategy: identifying gaps, trends and market appetite for MA range of products
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to help implement sales campaigns
- Collaborating on sales pitch books to best tailor our offering to target needs
- Assisting the sales and event teams in the creation of events and marketing campaigns
- Attending client pitches and coordinating follow ups with customers
- Monitoring sales forecasts in collaboration with the team manager
- Participating in the development of marketing activities

By the end of the internship, the intern should:

- Understand the broad offering of MA
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Gain experience in a first class sales organization
- Be exposed to multiple sales cycle
- Gain exposure to various government institutions
