Green Giraffe is one of the leading financial advisor in the energy transition. We offer bespoke financial advice, market intelligence and development services in all renewable and energy transition technologies

In the knowledge department, we gather and share information about the renewable energy market and the finance world from various sources. We organize this information, build databases, analytics, and create libraries of documents which can be easily accessed by the project teams.

The project:
We are currently undertaking a project to clean and enhance the quality of our CRM (customer relationship management system). To support this effort, we are looking for a motivated working student or short-term intern to help with entering and updating various information in our system.
- Starting date: end of August or early September
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Paris

Your tasks:

- Research and update LinkedIn URLs for key contacts in our CRM (approx. 3,000-5,000 entries)
- Review and resolve duplicate entries within the CRM
- Validate and reconcile company relationships and correspondence
- Depending on your availability and interests, we may be able to assign you to additional tasks beyond the core scope (example: some market research)

Expectations:

- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently
- Basic Excel skills are a plus
- Experience with some IT systems is a plus
- You are fluent in English
