Chaque jour, nos équipes éditoriales et Data scrutent, analysent et structurent les informations clés qui éclairent les décisions des acteurs économiques.

Notre service Data est au cœur de cette mission : il constitue la colonne vertébrale de nos plateformes d'information et alimente les milliers d'utilisateurs qui nous consultent chaque jour.

Pour renforcer l'équipe, nous recherchons un(e)
Data Operator
, passionné(e) par la donnée, rigoureux(se) et animé(e) par l'envie de produire une information fiable et utile.

Votre Rôle
En tant que
Data Operator
, vous garantissez la
qualité, la fiabilité et la mise à jour
des données présentes dans nos bases d'information.

Votre mission : transformer des documents sources (communiqués, documents financiers, sites institutionnels…) en données structurées, complètes et exploitables.

Vous êtes un maillon essentiel de la chaîne de production CFNEWS, en lien direct avec notre équipe Data et nos outils internes.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer la complétion, la qualité et la mise à jour des bases de données internes.
  • Collecter les documents et informations à traiter : communiqués de presse, documents juridiques, annonces officielles, sites institutionnels…
  • Vérifier la cohérence, la pertinence et la complétude des informations recueillies.
  • Saisir et structurer les données via nos outils numériques (saisie manuelle ou intégration assistée).
  • Créer et mettre à jour les entités (sociétés, acteurs, conseils, dirigeants) et les opérations (M&A, levées de fonds, fusions, etc.).
  • Contrôler la conformité des informations et suivre leurs évolutions dans le temps.
  • Garantir l'absence d'erreurs, la clarté de présentation et l'homogénéité des fiches.

Vos atouts

  • Rigueur, méthode et sens du détail (vous remarquez ce que les autres ne voient pas).
  • Goût pour les chiffres, les informations structurées et les données économiques.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et le Pack Office.
  • Excellente compréhension du français écrit (syntaxe, grammaire, terminologie professionnelle).

Formation & expérience

  • Formation BAC à BAC+2 ou cursus administratif équivalent.
  • Une expérience dans la gestion ou le traitement de données est un plus, mais pas un prérequis : c'est votre rigueur qui fera la différence.
