Assistant Director, Employer Engagement Specialist

We are currently looking for an **Assistant Director, Employer Engagement Specialist **, to join our Degree Programmes department. This is a full-time, permanent position based on our Fontainebleau campus.

Reporting to the Head of Employer Engagement, you will play a highly visible role in the student sector advising. For this role, top-notch communication skills in English (both verbally and in writing) and the ability to work in a cross-cultural team are crucial.

**As Employer Engagement Specialist you will be**:

- Developing and executing the employer engagement plan of the following allocated sectors: Energy, Industry and Healthcare, in Europe & North and South America, considering the labor market outlook and various students' preferences and profiles to deliver career opportunities for students and participants.
- Building and cultivating recruiting relationships within the allocated sectors and locations including alumni.
- Crafting and delivering sector advisory content and events throughout the students' journey (discovery and interview preparation inclusive) in collaboration with the Career Coaches and CDC Operations; including 1-on-1 and 1-to-many advisory sessions with students and participants.
- Co-creating and collaborating with counterparts across campuses to ensure consistency across campuses.
- Crafting and planning on-campus recruitment strategy for their allocated sectors and locations, conceptualizing and delivering events in various formats with the support of CDC Operations.
- Advocating for student recruiting and marketing via presentation at recruiting events where necessary.
- Keeping abreast of market developments and keeping informed relevant team members of CDC.
- Bachelor’s in related field, Masters & MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience, 2 in business development (including segmentation and targeting), with a good knowledge of corporate sectors.
- Global experience preferred.
- Coaching certification preferred, with proven skills in advisory and coaching.
- Team oriented.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical thinker.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is required. Another European language is preferred.

Rattaché(e) au Head of Employer Engagement, vous jouerez un rôle de premier plan dans le conseil aux étudiants.

**En tant qu’Employer Engagement Specialist (F/H), vos missions seront les suivantes**:

- Élaborer et exécuter la stratégie de participation des employeurs dans les secteurs de l'Energie, l'Industrie et la Santé, en Europe et en Amérique du Nord & du Sud, en tenant compte des tendances du marché du travail et des préférences et profils des différents étudiants, afin d'offrir des opportunités de carrière aux étudiants.
- Établir et entretenir des partenariats de recrutement dans les secteurs et les lieux attribués, y compris avec les anciens élèves.
- Concevoir et fournir des conseils en fonction des secteurs et des événements tout au long du parcours des étudiants (découverte et préparation à l'entretien inclus) en collaboration avec les coachs carrière; y compris des séances de conseil individuelles et collectives avec les étudiants et
