Your Role:
As our Employer Brand & Internal Communication Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Mirakl's employer brand and enhancing internal communications. Working closely with our People Team, you'll report directly to the Talent Acquisition Director and collaborate with various teams to attract top talent and foster employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Employer Brand Strategy to attract and retain top talent globally.
- Craft compelling Employee Value Propositions and create engaging content across various platforms.
- Manage and enhance our global and local Employer Brand channels, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Welcome to the jungle, JobTeaser, BuiltIn (USA) and more
- Develop our Employee Advocacy Strategy to encourage active participation from Mirakl employees.
- Organize digital and in-person events to showcase Mirakl's expertise and culture.
- Enhance internal communications through strategic planning and impactful initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree with 5+ years of experience predominantly focused on Employer Branding.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and writing skills.
- Creativity and proficiency in video and photo editing software.
- Fluent in English and French.
