We're a product-first team on a mission to help grow the cybersecurity culture 
We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that's actually effective, and entertaining enough so that employees don't feel like they're working. Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity. We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers, but in a safe environment. Created in 2020, Riot has raised $45m with top-notch investors (Y Combinator, Base10, Funders Club and Frst Capital), and is now protecting more than 2,000,000 employees in over 2,000 companies (including Intercom, Deel and Deezer) all over the world. Cybersecurity is everywhere. It's impacting everyone, everyday, and it's becoming the number one risk to any organization, whether it's a small business or a big firm. Yet, the cybersecurity culture in most companies is a disaster. Hackers are leveraging this by targeting the weakest link: the employees. We're on a mission to fix that. RIOT is expanding fast and looking for its first Brand Director to create and manage all Riot brand across our different entities (United States, France, expanding across Europe).
About the Role We are looking for a Brand Leader to take full ownership of our brand and lead it into its next chapter. Riot is entering a major acceleration phase, with a strategic challenge ahead: building a modern, distinctive, premium, and digital-first brand that reflects our vision and positions us as the leading employee security company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the brand vision, build a new identity, and lead the full rebranding and digital transformation, with a direct impact on our growth.
We have laid the first bricks, but the brand now requires a dedicated leader to bring coherence, creativity, and direction.
Your missions :
Brand & Creative Direction - Conduct a full brand audit and deliver strategic recommendations. - Lead a 360° rebranding: vision, identity, guidelines, tone of voice. - Define a 6-month brand roadmap and key priorities. - Create or supervise brand assets: social visuals, campaigns, sales decks, event materials. - Build a complete brand system including typography, components, iconography, patterns, and motion. - Maintain high standards in craft, clarity, and creative execution.
Website & Digital Ecosystem - Become the owner of the website: coherence, UX, identity, messaging, performance. - Lead the full website redesign (structure, content, design, copy, visuals). - Produce creative assets: visuals, copy, animations, iconography. - Build a strong and consistent digital ecosystem across: - website & landing pages - ads & campaigns - email marketing & automation - social content - Collaborate with CEO, marketing, and tech teams to keep the site dynamic and high-performing. - Implement a continuous improvement mindset focused on clarity, conversion, and consistency.
Growth & Team Building - Hire and structure your team when needed (Brand Designer, Motion Designer, Content…). - Create creative processes, production workflows, and quality standards. - Ensure 100% alignment across all touchpoints: sales, digital, events, marketing. Your impact
  • Build and embody a bold, modern brand vision.
  • Create a coherent, scalable brand environment.
  • Work directly with Benjamin (CEO) on strategic brand evolution.
  • Lead the website redesign and elevate our entire digital presence.
  • Produce high-quality ongoing content (LinkedIn, ads, emails, landing pages).
  • Turn branding into a true growth engine, not just a visual layer.
Ideal profile
  • Experienced Brand Manager / Brand Director with expertise in brand identity, art direction, website redesigns and digital brand ecosystems.
  • Mastery of Figma
  • Able to work fully autonomously, with a strong mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments (CEO, marketing, tech).
  • Passionate about craft, detail, and building from scratch.
  • Ideal for someone who wants to make a major impact, shape a brand from the ground up, own strategic and creative decisions, and eventually build their own team.
