Contrat à Durée Déterminée - 6 mois minimum

Rattaché(e) à la Direction du Risque et sous la supervision du Responsable Compliance et Données Personnelles, votre rôle sera de participer à la sauvegarde des intérêts du groupe LPFR dans les domaines de la conformité et des données personnelles.

Vous garantirez ainsi que les activités de LPFR respectent les règles de conformité prescrites par la règlementation applicable (ex RGPD, loi Sapin 2 etc) et les procédures imposées par le Groupe.

Vos principales missions:

- Contrôler les procédures en vigueur, identifier les points d'améliorations,
- Réaliser des contrôles (seconde line de défense), analyser les résultats et émettre des préconisations,
- Préparer et suivre les reportings d'activité (indicateurs, monitoring, dashbaord etc)
- Réaliser un suivi et une mise à jour efficace des plans d'actions,
- Participer à l'élaboration des analyses de risques, et notamment traitement des alertes KYS/KYC
- Participer à la mise en place et au suivi d'une base de données de documents types,
- Etre un interlocuteur privilégié au sein de l'entreprise pour toute demande ou problématique liée à la conformité et à la protection des données,
- Rendre compte des risques de non-conformité, alertes et anomalies à son responsable.
- Formation et accompagnement des opérationnels sur ces différents sujets

Le profil idéalement recherché:

- De formation BAC +4/5 en Droit complétée par une spécialisation en Conformité et/ou Données Personnelles
- Avec une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine du droit des affaires, de la conformité (idéalement sur le secteur bancaire ou au sein de sociétés de financement)
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre expertise et votre force de proposition
- Vous disposez d'une réelle autonomie, d'une bonne capacité rédactionnelle et d'un bon relationnel
- La maitrise de l'anglais est indispensable
- Offre d’emploi accessible aux personnes en situation de handicap_
