**Your Mission**

Dioxycle is hiring a Junior
**Test Bench Engineer** to take care of our electrolysis test benches and prototypes. As a junior Test Bench Engineer, you will have a key role in the design of the fluid management system of our electrolyzers by performing different analysis such as heat and energy balances or pressure drop calculations. You will also implement the different regulation loops for pressure, temperature and, more generally, contribute to the definition of the automation strategy. Finally, the position also requires a hands-on profile as you will actively participate in installing the test benches and performing the required mechanical and electrical maintenance.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Design and construction of end-to-end test benches, including the mechanical, electrical and process parts
- Maintenance of the test benches
- Design of the electrolysis sub-systems using thermodynamics / fluid dynamics calculations
- Testing and validation the sub-systems through the implementation of test protocols
- Implementation and tuning of PID controllers
- Writing of documentation
- Benchmark suppliers and contact them

**Example of skills we are looking for**:

- Having experience in combustion engine/fuel cell/ electrolyzer-based systems
- Realization of a heat balance
- Calculation of a pressure drop in a fluid line
- Design of a heat exchanger
- Mechanical/gas management system building experience
- Coding of a complex automation sequence in Python or C++
- CAD
- ** Speaking English** as it is our daily work language
