**WHAT YOU’LL BE IN CHARGE OF**
As **Project manager** you will be responsible for the successful international roll out of CPO (Charge Point Operator) services for our big customers.
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our project team that is responsible for setting up these services. The goal for this project team is to ultimately become a structural team/department within the Shell Recharge Solutions organisation in such a way that it is best capable of supporting all activities related to DC chargers using the existing Shell Recharge Solutions capabilities as much as possible.
**THIS IS HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Project Management of the implementation of CPO services within Shell Recharge Solutions
- Setting up plans and taking care of the realisation of the roll-out of the CPO services for DC chargers in countries involved. Current countries identified are Netherlands, United Kingdom and Germany
- Your activities include:
- Assessment of work scope
- Create clear milestone plans
- Ensure delivery within time, scope and budget
- Alignment with internal and external stakeholders and customers (international Shell organisations)
- Progress meetings and reporting
- Change management
- Monitor and track progress for all implementation activities and related projects
- Guard the scope of the different projects that are under your responsibility
- Report to program lead, SteerCo and if needed line management
**THIS IS WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience of which at least 3 years of project management experience
- Experience in EV- or similar type industry e.g. telco-, infrastructure-, installations
- or internet sector is preferred
- Proven track record in successful execution of projects acting as a project manager
- Excellent time management, able to manage multiple projects at once
- Pragmatic, self-starting, and excellent communicator on all levels
- Goal oriented, structured and getting things done mentality
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Fluent in both **English and French** is a must.
