BWS is looking for an experienced **Contract Engineer** to join our team

The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities (tendering / contracting phase) of contracts that could be necessary during the Life of Project and activities related to the management of Feed contracts up to the close out. ACTIVITIES
- Support Project Management for Contract NTOKON Project activities.
- Stay informed about Company Rules, Specifications, and procedures related to Contract and Procurement. - Implement and verify procedures associated with Contract activities.
- Organize, direct, supervise, and support contract engineers. - Coordinate the tendering/contracting process, including pre-qualification if necessary.
- Manage Contract Management during the Execution of the FEED Contract.
- Participate in the settlement of disputes with legal, insurance, and finance specialists.
- Coordinate/participate in the approval process of contract amendments.
- Supervise the close-out of Contracts.
- Define and implement a reporting process for Contract Management activities.
- Report to the Project Control Manager, highlighting progress and areas of concern.
- Gather 'lessons learnt' and provide feedback to other TOTAL E&P entities.
- Act as Project Control Manager in their absence.

**Requirements**:

- An **engineering degree** or an equivalent qualification is required - **10-20 years** of relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of **contract development and management** in an **international context**.
- Membership in the **Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS UK or Nigeria)** or a similar **supply chain organization** is **preferred but not mandatory**.
- Proficiency in **SAP/R3 and e-sourcing tools** is an **advantage**.
- **English - Mandatory
